Rates listed are the early discount rates good through May 1st, 2008. Online and mail/phone registration will be available through June 15th, 2008, after which only on-site registration will be available.

This registration, along with payment of fees, reserves your space. Refunds (less $25 processing fee) will be granted on written requests postmarked before June 1. Refunds (less $50 processing fee) will be granted on written requests (must be received by June 13, by mail or e-mail). No refunds will be made thereafter.
