Call for Submissions process 2009

Step 1 of the 2009 ISSSEEM Conference Submission Approval Process is complete. Thank you for your participation.

1)  Letters of Intent to present at the 2009 ISSSEEM Conference were closed on Oct. 1st, 2008.

2)  From the Letters of Intent submitted, the 2009 Program Committee will choose potential presentations that align with the program format and support the theme, Sacred Synthesis: Science with Heart.

3)  A fully detailed proposal will be requested for those sessions that the Committee believes will best meet the needs of our diverse members and attendees.  A request by the Program Committee for a full proposal does not guarantee the inclusion of the presentation in the conference program; it does indicate the proposal will be in the final round of review.

All submitters will be contacted by or before November 15th, 2008 with regard to the status of their submission.
